The S11 and S13 series of fully sealed oil-immersed transformers are meticulously crafted for AC 50Hz with an operational voltage of 20kV and below. These transformers are ideal for various industries including petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, and light industry, especially in environments with significant dust presence.
Product Characteristics
Iron Core
Our transformers feature an iron core made from cold-rolled silicon copper sheets with high magnetic permeability. This new type of core employs a full oblique joint stacking method, with the core column exhibiting a multi-step circular section, and consistent sections for both the iron yoke and the core itself.
Winding
The winding process incorporates corrugated oil channels and a no-paint dipping technique, ensuring tight tape binding. The concentric coils of the winding include a high voltage winding with essential tap connections, leading to the tap-changer. The switch, mounted on the box cover, allows for voltage adjustments prior to tapping.
Safety Protection Device
Our transformers, ranging from 30 to 2000kVA, come equipped with pressure relief valves to ensure safety.
Additionally, gas relays with alarm and tripping terminals are available upon user request, enhancing the protective measures.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device

This fully sealed design eliminates the need for an oil storage cabinet, reducing the overall height of the transformer.
