The temperature display controller can be installed on the epoxy resin dry type transformer to display and control the operating temperature of the transformer winding to ensure the normal service life of the transformer. The temperature sensor PT100 platinum resistance is inserted into the low-voltage winding to obtain the temperature signal, and after circuit processing, the temperature of each phase winding is displayed on the control board. It has the function of temperature setting, manual/automatic starting and stopping of the fan, sending fault, over-temperature sound and light signal alarm and over-temperature automatic tripping and other functions, and has the anti-electromagnetic interference ability stipulated by the state. At the same time, an intelligent computer interface is reserved for remote control. The epoxy resin dry transformer is equipped with a low noise amplitude-flow fan, which can reduce the winding temperature, improve the load capacity and extend the life of the transformer after starting. When forced air cooling is used, the rated capacity can be increased by 40-50%.

Epoxy resin dry type transformer with epoxy resin as insulation material. High and low voltage windings are wound with copper strip (foil), and epoxy resin is poured in vacuum and cured to form a high-strength FRP body structure. Insulation class F, H class. Epoxy resin dry type transformer has the characteristics of good electrical performance, strong lightning impact resistance, strong short-circuit resistance, small volume and light weight. The temperature display controller can be installed to display and control the operating temperature of the transformer winding to ensure the normal service life of the transformer.
