The S11 and S13 series of fully sealed oil-immersed transformers cater to AC 50Hz systems, with an original working voltage of 20kV or below. Product Characteristics
Iron Core
Our iron core is crafted from cold-rolled silicon copper sheets featuring high-permeability magnetic grain orientation. This innovative design presents a new era of iron cores with full oblique joint stacking. The iron core column boasts a circular multi-step section, while the iron yoke and iron core maintain identical sections.
Winding
The winding system incorporates a corrugated oil channel, eschewing paint dipping for a tight tape binding process. Featuring concentric coils, the high-voltage winding includes a tap for voltage adjustments, connected to a tap-changer. The switch is conveniently mounted on the box cover, allowing power supply adjustments before tapping voltage.
Safety Protection Device
Transformers ranging from 30 to 2000kVA are equipped with pressure relief valves for enhanced safety.
Gas relays with alarm and tripping terminals can be customized according to user requirements, ensuring advanced protective measures.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device
Our transformers come with a glass thermometer tube base positioned at the top of the tank, extending 120±10mm into the oil. Transformers ranging from 1000 to 2000KVA are also equipped with an outdoor signal thermometer.
Transformer Tank
The transformer tank features a corrugated wall construction with a durable, dust-sprayed paint film. The corrugated heat sink doubles as a cooling and 'breathing' mechanism, adjusting for oil volume changes due to temperature variations. This design eliminates the need for an oil storage cabinet, reducing the transformer's overall height. Our vacuum oil filling process ensures complete moisture removal, thus preventing oxidation and moisture intrusion, thereby preserving insulation performance and minimizing oil aging. Regular oil sample tests are recommended for optimal maintenance.
