The temperature control system by Shandong Zhifeng Transformer Co., Ltd. comprises a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element located at the top end of the low-voltage winding, the hottest spot of the transformer. This system enables precise temperature measurement and control, triggering an alarm signal and automatic tripping if the winding temperature exceeds safe levels due to overload or faults.
For transformers utilizing forced air cooling, the temperature controller regulates the cooling fan based on the winding temperature. The temperature display system shows the hot spot temperature of the winding during transformer operation and can be used in conjunction with the temperature control system.
