Conditions of use:
The state-of-the-art temperature control system, developed by Shandong Zhifeng Transformer Co., Ltd., is designed to ensure optimal performance and safety of transformers. It includes a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element placed at the top end of the low-voltage winding, the hottest spot in the product. This configuration allows for precise temperature measurement and control.
In the event of overload operation or faults leading to high winding temperatures, the temperature controller triggers an alarm signal and automatically trips when the temperature exceeds the safe limit. Additionally, when utilizing forced air cooling, the temperature controller regulates the cooling fan based on the winding temperature.
The temperature display system provides real-time monitoring of the winding's hot spot temperature during transformer operation and is compatible with the temperature control system.
Both the temperature control and temperature display systems can be installed remotely from the transformer's main body. The lead wire length of the temperature measuring element is limited to <20m for temperature control and <10m for temperature display in a two-wire system, or <100m in a two-wire system with a compensating wire.
