The SC(B)12-10 resin insulated dry power transformer from Shandong Zhifeng Transformer Co., Ltd. is specifically designed for wind farms, photovoltaic power generation, electric vehicle charging stations, combined substations, power supply, distribution systems, and other critical applications. This transformer features:
Conditions of Use:
Our advanced temperature control system, developed by Shandong Zhifeng Transformer Co., Ltd., ensures optimal performance and safety for transformers. It includes a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element situated at the top end of the low-voltage winding, the hottest point. This configuration enables precise temperature measurement and control.
In the event of overload operation or faults that cause high winding temperatures, the temperature controller triggers an alarm and automatically trips when temperatures exceed safe limits. Additionally, during forced air cooling, the temperature controller regulates the cooling fan based on the winding temperature.
The temperature display system provides real-time monitoring of the winding's hot spot temperature during transformer operation and works seamlessly with the temperature control system.
Both the temperature control and display systems can be installed remotely from the transformer's main body. The lead wire length of the temperature measuring element is limited to <20m for temperature control and <10m for temperature display in a two-wire system, or <100m with a compensating wire.
