Product Introduction
The S11 and S13 series of fully sealed oil-immersed transformers are meticulously designed for AC 50Hz operations, with an original working voltage of up to 20kV. These transformers are ideal for use in power systems across various sectors, including petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, light industry, and high-dust environments.

 

Characteristics of the Product
Iron Core
Our transformers feature a state-of-the-art iron core made from cold-rolled silicon copper sheets with high-permeability magnetic grain orientation. The innovative design showcases a full oblique joint stacking type iron core with multi-step circular sections for the core column, ensuring superior magnetic performance and efficiency.

Winding
The windings are crafted with precision using a corrugated oil channel, avoiding paint dipping processes and employing tight tape binding. The concentric coil design includes high voltage windings with necessary taps, led to a tap-changer. The switch is conveniently installed on the box cover, allowing for seamless voltage adjustments before tapping.

Safety Protection Device
For transformers ranging from 30 to 2000kVA, a pressure relief valve is installed to ensure operational safety.
Gas relays with alarm and tripping terminals can be installed according to user requirements, enhancing safety and monitoring.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device
Our transformers are equipped with a glass thermometer tube base positioned at the top of the tank, extending 120±10mm into the oil. Transformers rated 1000~2000KVA come with an outdoor signal thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring.

Transformer Tank
The transformer tank, constructed with corrugated walls and a dust-resistant, durable paint film, features a corrugated heat sink that both cools and 'breathes.' This elasticity compensates for changes in transformer oil volume due to temperature fluctuations, eliminating the need for an oil storage cabinet and reducing overall transformer height. The vacuum oil filling process during packaging ensures complete moisture removal, preventing oxygen and moisture from degrading transformer insulation and aging the oil. Regular oil sample tests are recommended to maintain optimal performance.
