Crafted with precision, the S11 and S13 series of fully sealed oil-immersed transformers are designed for AC 50Hz operations with an operational voltage of 20kV and below. Product Characteristics
Iron Core
Our transformers feature iron cores made from cold-rolled silicon copper sheets with high magnetic permeability. This innovative core employs a full oblique joint stacking method. The core column showcases a multi-step circular section, ensuring consistent sections for both the iron yoke and the core itself.

Winding
The winding process incorporates corrugated oil channels and a no-paint dipping technique, ensuring tight tape binding. The concentric coils include a high voltage winding with essential tap connections. The tap-changer switch, mounted on the box cover, allows for pre-tap voltage adjustments.

Safety Protection Device
Our transformers, ranging from 30 to 2000kVA, are equipped with pressure relief valves to ensure unparalleled safety.
Additionally, gas relays with alarm and tripping terminals are available upon user request, providing enhanced protective measures.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device
Each transformer includes a glass thermometer tube base, positioned atop the tank and extending into the oil by 120±10mm. Transformers with capacities between 1000 to 2000KVA feature an outdoor signal thermometer for comprehensive monitoring.

Transformer Tank
The transformer tank boasts a corrugated wall design, with a dust-sprayed surface and a robust paint film. The corrugated heat sink not only ensures effective cooling but also features a 'breathing' function. Its elasticity compensates for volume changes in transformer oil due to temperature variations. This fully sealed design eliminates the need for an oil storage cabinet, reducing the overall height of the transformer. Vacuum oil filling during packaging removes moisture, preventing oxygen and moisture from compromising the transformer's insulation and oil quality. Regular oil sample testing is recommended to maintain optimal performance.
