Product introduction
This series product uses in the 20kV,35kV electrical network power source reducing is directly the 400V power distribution power source or the 10kV electric transmission power source is the user power supply,because has the remarkable merit,uses for more and more many projects.Its main merit indludes:
1.The reduced occupying a land area of and multistage changes the electricity engineering construction,has the remarkable social efficiency.
2.Saves the project investment,enhances the economic efficiency.
3.Simplifies the 10kV power transformer link,causes the movement maintenance cost to reduce obviously.
4.Uses the high-pressured undercurrent to replace the low pressure big electric current electric transmission,reducesthe line loss,reduces the / ine movement cost.
5.The 35kV,20kV power source enters directly uses electricity the center,enhances the power supply effectively the reliability.
It is mainly composed of an iron core composed of silicon steel sheet and an epoxy resin cast coil. An insulation tube is placed between the high and low voltage coils to increase electrical insulation. The coils are supported and constrained by a pad. [6]
Structural properties:
(1) Solid insulation wrapped winding
(2) No wrapping winding
Winding: Of the two windings, the higher voltage is the high voltage winding, and the lower voltage winding is the low voltage winding.
From the relative position of high and low voltage windings, high voltage can be divided into concentric type and overlapping type.
The concentric winding is simple and convenient to manufacture, all of which adopt this structure.
Overlapping type, mainly used for special transformers.
Characteristics of the product
The SC(B)10 series 20kV, 35kV non-excitation voltage regulation dry transformer produced by our company is a low loss product.
In line with the national standards GB6450, GB/T10228 and IEC726 requirements, and has the following characteristics:
1. High performance, low loss, for the type 9 series replacement products.
2. The selection of high-quality silicon steel sheet, while greatly reducing the magnetic flux density, reduce the operation of silicon steel sheet magnetostrictive weight, effectively reduce noise c
3. Optimize the high-voltage coil structure, improve the distribution of interlayer voltage and capacitance, greatly improve the impact ability of the product to withstand atmospheric overvoltage and operating overvoltage, and also improve the electric field distribution, so that the product is further reduced.
4. Temperature control system and air cooling device can be configured to automatically start the fan cooling device when the load is too large, effectively improving the overload capacity of the equipment.
