Our transformer is meticulously crafted, featuring a robust iron core made from high-grade silicon steel sheets and epoxy resin cast coils. An insulation tube strategically placed between the high and low voltage coils enhances electrical insulation. Additionally, the coils are securely supported and constrained by a precision-engineered pad. [6]
Intricate Structural Properties:
(1) Solid insulation-wrapped winding ensuring superior safety and reliability.
(2) No wrapping winding designed for optimal performance.
Winding: The transformer comprises two windings: the high voltage winding dealing with higher voltages and the low voltage winding handling lower voltages.
Based on the relative positioning of these windings, high voltage windings can be classified into concentric type and overlapping type.
The concentric winding is straightforward and easy to manufacture, making it the preferred choice for all our designs.
The overlapping type is primarily used for specialized transformers, catering to specific requirements.
