Shandong Zhifeng Transformer Co., Ltd. offers a state-of-the-art temperature control system for transformers. The system includes a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element strategically positioned at the top end of the low-voltage winding, the hottest spot in the product, allowing for precise temperature measurement and control.
If overheating occurs due to overload or faults, the temperature controller promptly sends an alarm signal, automatically tripping the temperature when it surpasses the safe threshold. For transformers utilizing forced air cooling, the temperature controller adjusts the cooling fan based on the winding temperature.
The temperature display system enables real-time monitoring of the winding's hot spot temperature during transformer operation and seamlessly integrates with the temperature control system.
