Conditions of use:
Our state-of-the-art temperature control system, developed by Shandong Zhifeng Transformer Co., Ltd., is crafted to ensure the peak performance and safety of transformers. The system encompasses a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element located at the hottest spot in the low-voltage winding. This configuration enables precise temperature measurement and regulation.
In scenarios of overload operation or faults causing high winding temperatures, the temperature controller will emit an alarm signal and automatically trip the temperature once it exceeds the safe limit. Additionally, when employing forced air cooling, the temperature controller adjusts the cooling fan based on the winding temperature.
The temperature display system offers real-time monitoring of the winding's hot spot temperature during transformer operation and can be integrated with the temperature control system.
Both temperature control and display systems can be installed remotely from the transformer's main body. The lead wire length of the temperature measuring element is restricted to <20m for temperature control and <10m for temperature display in a two-wire system, or <100m in a two-wire system with a compensating wire.
