Good moisture-proof performance, it can be put into operation without pre-drying after shutdown. Low loss, low local discharge, low noise, forced air cooling conditions can be 120% rated load operation. It has a perfect temperature protection control system to provide reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the transformer. The reliability index of this product has reached the domestic advanced level.

The temperature control system consists of a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element installed at the top end of the low-voltage winding, which is the most hot spot of the product, to realize the temperature measurement and control of the transformer. If the temperature of the transformer winding is too high due to overload operation or fault, the temperature controller will send an alarm signal, and the temperature will trip by itself when it exceeds the safe value. When forced air cooling is used, the temperature controller determines the input or switch of the cooling fan according to the winding temperature.
The temperature display system directly displays the hot spot temperature of the winding during the operation of the transformer, and can be used together with the temperature control system.
The temperature control and temperature display system can be installed at a certain distance from the main body of the transformer, and the length of the lead wire of the temperature measuring element is:
