Shandong Zhifeng Transformer Co., Ltd. offers a cutting-edge temperature control system designed for transformers. The system includes a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element strategically placed at the top end of the low-voltage winding, the hottest spot in the product. This setup enables precise temperature measurement and control of the transformer, ensuring optimal performance.
In case of overload operation or faults leading to high winding temperatures, the temperature controller triggers an alarm signal and automatically trips when the temperature exceeds the safe threshold. For transformers utilizing forced air cooling, the temperature controller manages the cooling fan's operation based on the winding temperature.
The temperature display system provides real-time monitoring of the winding's hot spot temperature during transformer operation and can be seamlessly integrated with the temperature control system for enhanced functionality.
For added convenience, the temperature control and display systems can be installed at a distance from the transformer's main body. The lead wire length of the temperature measuring element is limited to <20m for temperature control and <10m (two-wire system) or <100m (two-wire system with compensating wire) for temperature display.
