Product introduction
Our S11, S13 series of fully sealed oil-immersed transformers are meticulously designed for AC 50Hz systems with an original working voltage of 20kV and below. These transformers are indispensable for sectors including petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, light industry, and other environments laden with large dust particles.
Characteristics of the product
Iron Core
The core, crafted from cold-rolled silicon copper sheets with high-permeability magnetic grain orientation, epitomizes cutting-edge innovation. Featuring a new iron core design with full oblique joint stacking, the core columns are circular sections with multi-step levels, while the iron yoke and core maintain equal sections for optimized performance.
Winding
Our windings utilize corrugated oil channels and eschew paint dipping processes, opting instead for tight tape binding. The windings are concentric coils, with the high voltage winding containing a tap that connects to the tap-changer. This switch, mounted on the box cover, allows for pre-tapping voltage adjustments.
Safety protection device
Each transformer ranging from 30~2000kVA is equipped with a pressure relief valve for enhanced safety.
Gas relays with alarm and tripping terminals can be added based on user specifications.
Oil temperature measuring device
The transformer features a glass thermometer tube base located atop the tank, extending 120±10mm into the oil. Transformers ranging from 1000~2000KVA are equipped with an outdoor signal thermometer for precise monitoring.
Transformer tank
Our transformer fuel tank is composed of a corrugated wall with a robust dust-sprayed paint film. The corrugated heat sink not only facilitates cooling but also boasts a 'breathing' function. This elasticity compensates for oil volume changes due to temperature variations, eliminating the need for an oil storage cabinet and reducing the transformer's overall height. The vacuum oil filling process during packaging eradicates moisture, ensuring the transformer oil remains uncontaminated by air. This prevents oxygen and moisture intrusion, thereby preserving the transformer's insulation and mitigating oil aging. Regular oil sample tests are recommended.
