This advanced transformer is distinguished by these exceptional performance characteristics:
Conditions of use:
The cutting-edge temperature control system, developed by Shandong Zhifeng Transformer Co., Ltd., is designed for optimal performance and safety. It comprises a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element positioned at the hottest spot in the low-voltage winding. This setup ensures precise temperature measurement and control.
In events of overload operation or faults causing high winding temperatures, the temperature controller activates an alarm signal and automatically trips if the temperature surpasses the safe limit. During forced air cooling, the system regulates the cooling fan based on winding temperature.
The temperature display system offers real-time monitoring of the hot spot temperature during operation and is fully compatible with the temperature control system.
Both systems can be installed remotely from the transformer. The lead wire length of the temperature measuring element is limited to <20m for temperature control and <10m for temperature display in a two-wire system, or <100m in a two-wire system with a compensating wire.
