Conditions of use
- Altitude less than 1000m, air temperature -25ºC~40ºC, humidity less than 90% (+25ºC)
- Vertical inclination does not exceed 5°, no violent vibration, outdoor wind speed does not exceed 35m/s
- No gas and conductive dust that seriously affect transformer insulation; A place without explosion hazard or corrosive electrical components

The temperature control system consists of a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element installed at the top end of the low-voltage winding, which is the most hot spot of the product, to realize the temperature measurement and control of the transformer. If the temperature of the transformer winding is too high due to overload operation or fault, the temperature controller will send an alarm signal, and the temperature will trip by itself when it exceeds the safe value. When forced air cooling is used, the temperature controller determines the input or switch of the cooling fan according to the winding temperature.
The temperature display system directly displays the hot spot temperature of the winding during the operation of the transformer, and can be used together with the temperature control system.
