Iron Core
Crafted from high-permeability, cold-rolled silicon copper sheets with a magnetic grain orientation, the iron core features an innovative oblique-joint, stacked design. Its multi-step circular section column, complete with uniform sections for the iron yoke and core, significantly enhances overall performance.
Winding
The winding incorporates corrugated oil channels, avoiding paint dipping by opting for tight tape binding instead. These concentric coil windings facilitate high-voltage tapping connected to a tap-changer, with the switch conveniently located on the box cover for easy pre-tapping voltage adjustments.
Safety Protection Device
Transformers ranging from 30 to 2000kVA come equipped with pressure relief valves for enhanced safety.
For added functionality, gas relays with alarm and tripping terminals can be installed according to user specifications, ensuring comprehensive protection.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device
The transformer features a glass thermometer tube base at the top of the tank, extending 120±10mm into the oil. Models from 1000 to 2000kVA are outfitted with an outdoor signal thermometer for precise temperature monitoring.
Transformer Tank
The transformer tank boasts robust corrugated walls, coated with a durable, dust-resistant paint film. The corrugated heat sink serves dual purposes: cooling the transformer and compensating for oil volume changes due to temperature fluctuations, eliminating the need for an oil storage cabinet. The vacuum oil filling process ensures complete moisture removal, preventing oxygen and moisture ingress, thus maintaining transformer insulation integrity and reducing oil aging. Regular oil sample tests are recommended for optimal performance.
