Conditions of use:
Our advanced temperature control system, developed by Shandong Zhifeng Transformer Co., Ltd., guarantees optimal transformer performance and safety. Comprising a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element positioned at the low-voltage winding's hottest spot, this system facilitates precise temperature measurement and regulation.
In scenarios of overload operation or faults inducing high winding temperatures, the temperature controller activates an alarm signal and automatically disconnects the system upon exceeding safe temperature limits. Additionally, for forced air cooling, the temperature controller modulates the cooling fan in response to winding temperature.
The temperature display system offers real-time monitoring of the winding's hot spot temperature during transformer operation, seamlessly integrating with the temperature control system.
Both the temperature control and display systems can be installed remotely from the transformer's main body. The lead wire length for the temperature measuring element is capped at <20m for control and <10m for display in a two-wire system, extending to <100m with a compensating wire.
