Product Introduction
The S11 and S13 series of fully sealed oil-immersed transformers are precisely engineered for AC 50Hz with an operational voltage of up to 20kV. These transformers are perfectly suited for a wide range of industries, including petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, and light industry, especially in environments with significant dust presence.
Product Characteristics
Iron Core
Our transformers' iron cores are crafted from high magnetic permeability cold-rolled silicon copper sheets. This innovative core design incorporates a full oblique joint stacking method, with the core column showcasing a multi-step circular section, and consistent sections for both the iron yoke and the core itself, ensuring superior efficiency and performance.
Winding
Our winding process features corrugated oil channels and a no-paint dipping technique, which guarantees tight tape binding. The concentric coils include a high voltage winding with crucial tap connections, leading to the tap-changer. The switch, strategically mounted on the box cover, facilitates voltage adjustments before tapping, ensuring optimal functionality.
Safety Protection Device
Our transformers, with capacities ranging from 30 to 2000kVA, are equipped with pressure relief valves to ensure maximum safety.
Additionally, we provide gas relays with alarm and tripping terminals upon user request, further enhancing our comprehensive protective measures.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device
Each transformer comes with a glass thermometer tube base, positioned atop the tank and extending into the oil by 120±10mm. For transformers with capacities ranging between 1000 to 2000KVA, an outdoor signal thermometer is included to facilitate thorough monitoring and maintenance.
Transformer Tank
Our transformer tank features a corrugated wall design, with a dust-sprayed surface and durable paint film. The corrugated heat sink not only ensures effective cooling but also incorporates a 'breathing' function, utilizing its elasticity to compensate for volume changes in transformer oil due to temperature variations. This fully sealed design negates the need for an oil storage cabinet, thereby reducing the overall height of the transformer. The vacuum oil filling process during packaging eliminates moisture, preventing oxygen and moisture from impairing the transformer's insulation and oil quality. Regular oil sample testing is recommended to maintain optimal performance.
