Product introduction

    10kV grade SC(B)10,SC(B)11,SC(B)12,SC(B)13 epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers,which can be used as replacement products for oil-immersed distribution transformers.The products with excellent performance in dry-type transformers are especially suitable for important places such as urban power grids,high-rise buildings,business stations,docks,airports,underground substations.

Characteristics of the product

    The 10kV SC(B)10, SC(B)11, SC(B)12, SC(B)13 power transformers produced by our factory are the earliest low-noise and low-loss resin wound coil dry-type transformers with product type certificates in China. Due to advanced design, high-quality materials, scientific formula, strict technology and standard testing, the product has the following characteristics:
1. Copper wire for high-voltage winding, copper wire or copper foil winding for low-voltage winding, glass fiber felt filling and wrapping, pouring with epoxy resin without filler in vacuum state, forming a solid cylindrical whole after curing, high mechanical strength, small partial discharge, and high reliability.
2. Flame retardant, explosion-proof, no pollution to the environment. The insulating materials such as glass fiber around the coil have self-extinguishing characteristics, and will not cause arc due to short circuit, and the resin will not produce toxic and harmful gases under high heat.
3. The coil does not absorb moisture, and the core clamp has a special anti-corrosion protective layer, which can operate in relative humidity and other harsh environments. Intermittent operation does not require damp treatment.

5. The resin layer on the inner and outer sides of the coil is thin and has good heat dissipation performance. The cooling method generally adopts air free cooling (AN). For transformers of any degree of protection, an air-cooled system (AF) can be configured to increase short-term overload capacity and ensure safe operation.
6. Low loss, good power-saving effect, economical operation, maintenance-free.
7. Small size, light weight, less floor space, low installation cost, no need to consider the oil drain pool, fire protection facilities and backup power supply.

Shell  protection  device
Shell is made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy.Protection grade can reach IP20 and IP23.IP20 housing can prevent solid foreign objects of diameter more than 12mm enter into and protect the transformer safely.IP23 housing
can prevent the vertical drop of less than 60°of flow,suits for outdoor operation.
Note:IP23 housing can make the transformer cool,small capacity is decreased by about 5%,high-capacity is decreased by about 10%,
