Perfectly suited for critical infrastructure such as urban power grids, high-rise buildings, commercial stations, docks, airports, and underground substations, they represent the pinnacle of modern electrical engineering.
Characteristics of the product
Our 10kV SC(B)10, SC(B)11, SC(B)12, and SC(B)13 power transformers are cutting-edge innovations in China, featuring low-noise, low-loss resin wound-coil dry-type transformers, all backed by authoritative product type certificates. Utilizing cutting-edge design, premium materials, scientific formulation, and rigorous testing processes, these transformers boast unparalleled characteristics:
1. The high-voltage windings are meticulously crafted from high-quality copper wire, while the low-voltage windings utilize either copper wire or copper foil. Through glass fiber felt filling and wrapping, combined with epoxy resin pouring in a vacuum state, the windings form a solid cylindrical whole upon curing. This results in exceptional mechanical strength, minimal partial discharge, and outstanding reliability.
2. These transformers are flame retardant, explosion-proof, and environmentally friendly. The insulating materials, such as glass fiber, are inherently self-extinguishing, preventing arc formation from short circuits. Additionally, the resin does not emit toxic gases under high heat, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
3. The coil's non-absorbent nature and the core clamp's special anti-corrosion protective layer ensure reliable performance even in high humidity and challenging environments, enabling intermittent operation without the need for damp treatment.
4. Exceptional resistance to short circuits and lightning impacts guarantees robust and reliable performance under adverse conditions.
5. The thin resin layers on the coil's inner and outer sides enhance heat dissipation. Typically, these transformers employ air natural cooling (AN) methods. An air-forced (AF) cooling system can also be added to increase short-term overload capacity, ensuring safe operation under varying loads.
6. Low operational loss, exceptional power-saving capabilities, and maintenance-free performance make these transformers highly economical throughout their operational life.
7. The compact and lightweight design requires minimal space, reduces installation costs, and eliminates the need for an oil drain pool, fire protection facilities, and backup power supply, making it perfect for modern infrastructure needs.

Shellprotectiondevice
The shell is expertly crafted from stainless steel or aluminum alloy, offering protection grades of IP20 and IP23. The IP20 housing effectively blocks solid foreign objects larger than 12mm, ensuring safe and uninterrupted transformer operation. The IP23 housing
guards against vertical drips at angles up to 60°, making it ideal for outdoor applications.
Note: IP23 housing optimizes cooling but reduces capacity by approximately 5% for small units and 10% for larger units.
