This transformer exemplifies the following performance characteristics:
Conditions of use:
Our advanced temperature control system, developed by Shandong Zhifeng Transformer Co., Ltd., is engineered to guarantee the optimal performance and safety of transformers. The system incorporates a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element, strategically positioned at the top end of the low-voltage winding-the product's hottest spot. This configuration allows for precise temperature measurement and control.
In case of overload operations or faults leading to elevated winding temperatures, the temperature controller activates an alarm signal and will automatically trip when temperatures exceed safe limits. Moreover, when applying forced air cooling, the temperature controller modulates the cooling fan based on the winding temperature.
The temperature display system offers real-time monitoring of the winding's hot spot temperature during transformer operations and can be seamlessly integrated with the temperature control system.
Both the temperature control and temperature display systems can be installed remotely from the main transformer body. The lead wire length of the temperature measuring element is limited to <20m for temperature control and <10m for temperature display in a two-wire system, or <100m in a two-wire system with a compensating wire.
