Conditions of use:
Shandong Zhifeng Transformer Co., Ltd. presents a cutting-edge temperature control system to ensure the optimal performance and safety of your transformers. This system comprises a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element located at the low-voltage winding's hottest spot, enabling precise temperature regulation.
In the event of overload or fault-induced high temperatures, the temperature controller triggers an alarm and automatically trips to prevent overheating. Additionally, with forced air cooling, the controller regulates the cooling fan based on the winding temperature.
The temperature display system allows for real-time monitoring of the winding's hot spot temperature during operation and can be seamlessly integrated with the control system.
Both the temperature control and display systems can be remotely installed from the transformer's main body. The measuring element's lead wire length is limited to <20m for control and <10m for display in a two-wire system, or <100m in a compensating wire system.
